Parking?
The house is very near to city center so car is not needed often. We don't provide dedicated parking, but you can find parking on the street if available, or streets near the house.
Pharmacy?
You can find pharmacy if needed very near, on Ionias 86 street , 2 minutes walk.
Fast Food?
Very near the house (2min walk), you can find Souvlaki - Grill House (Katsounas - Ionias 106) , Peperoni Pizza & pasta ( Ionias 19 Street). Both high quality and very cheep!
Mini Market - Super Market?
One of the closest options is Phestos Market, located on Ionias 43 (a few steps from house), Kritikos Market, which is bigger and located just a block away on same street Ilariona Katsouli 24. There, you’ll find everything from fresh fruits, coffee, breakfast, to toiletries and household items.
ATM
The closest ATM (Piraeus Bank) is located on Papandreou Street, next to round about . 2 minutes walk from house.
Bakery & Patisserie
You can find Savoidakis Bakery & Patisserie on Paptopoulou street (next to round about) very near the house (2min walk), for a fresh and delicious breakfast.

Local law compliance
The maisonette is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Please respect the law and apply the common quiet hours (3:00 pm - 5:30 pm, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am).
Security
For better security of your luggage we would suggest that you close all windows and doors on the ground floor when you leave the house. We don't provied safe, so we would suggset no to leave jewlery on house.

Damage
If during or after your stay, damage is noted on house (not normal wear ) , or on it's equipment compensation will be required. All house and equipment are photographed and checked before your check-in.

If missing equipment is noted on house after your checkout, compensation will be required. All equipment are photographed and checked before your check-in.
What is required to book Candia Maisonette?
You should submit your booking request by completing the form. When accepted you will be prompted to submit a prepayment via bank transfer.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on site and bank transfers.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If you cancel after that, there is no refund.

Per local law directives, your passport Number or EU id number is required.
